Good location - less than10 minute walk to centre of patong, and same time to walk to beach. Good value, friendly staff. Have stayed there before and happy to return
On main road so some noise from traffic but not a big problem. Stairs -no lift may bother some people.

Hotel reception was fantastic, and beautiful aswell, very good english and always there to help, they helped us with tours and also rented scooters from the hotel aswell, We also had a tsunami scare whilst at the hotel and the staff were excellent and calmed us all down whilst the rest of the city were panicking, Also check the receptionist flip flops (angry birds) funny, enjoyed our stay very much, roof top pool aswell was nice and refreshing after walks around patong!!!

No elevator ,, is made me very tired to go up or down No carry or baggae help to da room up staires We had to carry our bags by our self to the fourth floor,no help no elevator!!!! Also I have to request to provide ,,tolet papers,tissues,change bed sheets,towels,

I liked the design, the staff, the cleaning, that there was a swimming pool on the roof, it was close to the shopping centre and the beach and it was cheap.

Santi White Hotel was a nice surprise when we arrived.Everything is white and is very nice for this boutique hotel. Offfers great value for money. Rooms are nice and clean, good bathroom and free Wifi in room. Atm and money changer next door, 5 minute walk to beach. Restauants nearby 10 minute walk to Hard Rock Hotel and markets. No pool here, but this was ok with us. Would stay at Santi White Hotel again.

the hotel is in the center and the rooms are safe.
there is no any amenities in the room,absolutely nothing,not even a hairdryer. too many regulations.its a smoking room however u cant smoke. staff cant speak much of english.

Close to the Patong beach
The room is much smaller than the picture and it is not soundproofed which we have be woken up in the mid of each night by those guys back from bars!
